How to return an item

Your item must be unopened and in its original unused condition to be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturer defect with the item. You must return the item within 15 days of your purchase/order date to be eligible. You then must call or email us first to receive a Return Authorization Number. All Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges will not be valid without a Return Authorization Number. When you receive your Return Authorization Number you can mail your Return or Exchange to the address listed below.

Include in your package a letter stating the reason for your Return or Exchange and the original receipt as well.

Return Exceptions

Items that cannot be returned include orders 1 week after receiving, special order items, cut or custom arrows/shafts, some dropshipped items, and anything used or opened in any way.

Restocking Fee

All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order (unless our mistake).


You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping and handling.

& Hawaii shipments add $7.00 to the Ground rates (may or may not include Over Sized or Special Order Items).

** All Canadian & International Orders will be charged separately for Shipping & Handling.  You will receive an Email from us with the total cost for Shipping & Handling to the destination requested once we have received your order.  You will be charged only the amount that our Shipping Carrier charges us and your order will not be shipped until you give us the "OK" to charge you separately for the Shipping & Handling requested.  This way, you're never surprised with any separate charges to your account that you don't know about or do not authorize.
