DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Contact the Carrier we used at once if damaged. The merchandise is insured. Do Not send merchandise back to us. (This may cancel any claim you have.) Contact us at 1-714-838-8644 for their phone number.
RETURN MERCHANDISE
Call Customer Service, 1-714-838-8644, for a Return
Authorization Number Print this number on the OUTSIDE of your return package. Enclose a copy of your invoice or invoice number on invoice. Return merchandise in its original container. IT MUST BE UNUSED. We cannot accept used merchandise.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following merchandise MAY NOT BE RETURNED: Items ordered 20 days of invoice date, discontinued items, special order items, arrows or shafts which have been cut to length, arrows with special fletch, books, videos, used items and arrow straighteners.
